I'm Don St. Germain and I was born in Langford and live in Saanich near the University of Victoria with my wife, our two children, and our French bulldog, Joey. I've owned multiple condos over the years and am well experienced with condos all over Greater Victoria.

I was raised in a family with little extra funds to spare, so I appreciate the value of a dollar. I enjoy helping others, restoring older VW cars, and travelling with my family.

Thirty Minute Projects

I volunteer my time through my Thirty Minute Projects (invest 30 minutes each day to help others), including refurbishing and rehoming computers to families and organizations that need them, and collecting and rehoming clothing to vulnerable youth in Greater Victoria.

I also donate 1% of my commission to local schools in Greater Victoria. This support helps fund the extras that make a real difference for kids and families, including field trips, classroom enrichment, and programs such as music, arts, and sports.

Business background

Within six months of graduating from Belmont High School in 1994, I created and grew a computer chain that expanded to seven province-wide stores. Building a multi-million dollar grossing company taught me the ups and downs of entrepreneurship early and helped shape how I think about strategy, technology, and problem solving.

In real estate, I focus on clients rather than commissions. Buying and selling should be exciting, enjoyable, and comfortable. Much of my business over the last 16 years has been referral based, and I work hard to earn that trust through honesty, integrity, and accountability.
